The Bird Identification Station takes the most common birds of Sapsucker Woods and literally puts them at your fingertips! Its unique touch-screen interface allows you to quickly find the bird you were looking for based on where you saw it, then provides you with natural history information and a recording of the species' song. So, next time you're stumped by a bird in Sapsucker Woods, head for the Bird ID station located inside the Johnson Visitors' Center! |
