WINTER 2005 - Volume 19, Number 1 Birds in Forested LandscapesBirds in Forested Landscapes began as a forest fragmentation study followed by the addition of recreation sites, and most recently an acid rain component. We are very excited about our future as we continue to study the effects of environmental contaminants on bird population declines in a landscape context. We ask veterans and new participants to join us in this exciting venture. To sign up go to www.birds.cornell.edu/bflsignup/, or contact us at forest_birds@cornell.edu or (607) 254-2413.
