Recordings of Observed Bird

Date: 11 Sept 2004  Location: Caroline, Tompkins Co., New York

Comments: These vocalizations were made by a first fall female Chestnut-sided Warbler. The bird was foraging in a wooded area near a small stream. I recorded the bird for over 10 minutes during which it gave its flight call on 4 occasions. The flight calls were the only vocalizations the bird made. I filtered out the stream noise (and that of a distant ATV).

Three flight calls from the same bird.
