BirdSleuth is accepting applications from grade 7-8 classroom science teachers who would like to pioneer an exciting new online course focused on inquiry through citizen science and birds. We invite you to apply!

In this pilot year, we really want to learn what types of web-based resources and experiences will most effectively support you in overcoming the hurdles that you face in facilitating student research. We need your help develop and evaluate a variety of web-based tools and experiences in support of teachers’ implementation of BirdSleuth investigations.

The application deadline has just been extended to Tuesday May 27, 2008. The course will take place this summer from July 9-August 27, 2008.
