CrowsCount
You can help scientists answer the question, "How do crow (and other Corvid) group sizes change with seasons?"

By participating in Crows Count, you will:

All you have to do is:
- learn how to count crows and their Corvid relatives (ravens, magpies, and jays)
- learn how to observe behaviors of crows and their relatives
- contribute meaningful data for the Cornell Lab of Ornithology scientists to learn more about how crows behave in groups

All you have to do is:
- Learn about the Corvid family (for more, see our Bird Guide!)
- Find a site for studying crows, ravens, magpies, or jays
- Record simple habitat information, then count the birds and record their behaviors following the instructions from Investigation 3 of BirdSleuth: Exploring Bird Behavior
- Report your data to the Cornell Lab of Ornithology HERE.
