Florida Teacher Workshop
You’re invited to a one-day workshop that will deeply engage you in learning with the Cornell Lab of Ornithology!
Join K-12 Education Program Manager, Jennifer Fee, for hands-on activities and authentic inquiry experiences, both indoors and out! You'll learn about citizen science, outdoor teaching, bird diversity. Explore new ideas and gain skills that will help you conduct meaningful schoolyard inquiry and successful student investigations!
This BirdSleuth workshop offers teachers the opportunity to learn in a fun environment with friendly people, as well as network with other teachers. You’ll return to your classroom with renewed energy, ideas, and confidence!

Time: 8:00am-5:00pm
Place: Polk County Nature Discovery Center at Circle B Bar Reserve (4399 Winter Lake Road, Lakeland, Fl 33803).
