198. Milo Inman, GA

I saw this owl just outside of the Periyar Tiger Reserve in Kerala, India. The owl humored me with its winks and head-bobs, classic behavior of the birds (and many Indians), but it’s possible that it wasn't only trying to get a better look at my camera’s lens. Unfortunately, photographs can’t quite capture the near-farcical gimmicks of this little owl.
