Ernesto  Ruelas-Inzunza talks about how he began birding as a boy in Mexico, how he began making field notes, and shows examples of little sketches in recent field notes...all to demonstrate that you don't need fancy equipment to go birding, but a pencil and a scrap of paper might prove invaluable!

Mohammed Dilawar was named a Time Magazine Environmental Hero.  He believes House Sparrow numbers are declining in India, and wants to engage citizens in a citizen science project like Celebrate Urban Birds, to monitor populations of urban birds.
