Your images may be selected for the Celebrate Urban Birds website and 
used to help further the Cornell Lab of Ornithology's mission of 
research, education, citizen science, and conservation.

By submitting your images or video for the Little Green Places 
contest, you agree to grant the Cornell Lab of Ornithology ("CLO") a 
royalty-free, perpetual license to use the images for any purpose 
whatsoever. Uses may include, but are not limited to, promotion of 
"Celebrate Urban Birds!" and other CLO  projects in any way, 
including on the web, in print publications, as distributed to the 
media, and in commercial products. CLO reserves the right to use/not 
use any Work as deemed appropriate by CLO in their sole discretion.

CLO shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for protecting your work 
against third party infringement of your copyright interest or other 
intellectual property rights or other rights you may hold in such 
Work, and in no way shall be responsible for any losses you may 
suffer as a result of any such infringement. You also agree that any 
work you submit must not infringe the rights of any other individual 
or entity.

In exchange for your participation in the contest, you agree to 
unconditionally release, hold harmless and indemnify CLO, their 
directors, officers, members, employees and volunteers of and from 
all claims, liabilities and losses arising out of or in connection 
with your participation in the contest, or CLO's use of your Work. 
This release and indemnification shall be binding upon you, and you 
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. Participants who are 
not 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or guardian to 
participate in the contest.
