Last Grownup in the Woods: Lessons from MAKE

Citizen science provides a conduit for adults to reconnect to nature and deepen their understanding of the realities of the messy world of science. At MAKE magazine, we found that people are hungry to for hands-on projects that express their love of technology, skills, and independent spirit. Learn about the Do-it-yourself (DIY) attitude behind MAKE magazine, and how we strive to engage a broad community of makers.
