Lisa DeRado, Director of the Cortland County Teacher Center

Lisa DeRado is the Director of the Cortland County Teacher Center and Co-Director of the NYS Southern Tier Teacher Center Network where she coordinates local and regional learning and training opportunities for teachers. Prior to that Lisa was s a member of the BirdSleuth team from 2009-2015, where she helped introduced thousands of teachers across the country to Citizen Science and K-12 Education resources. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys cooking, gardening reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
