Our archives show that two of the young appear to have fledged yesterday. As fledging grows closer, the parents will feed only through the entrance hole, so if the young want to eat they need to make the effort to stick their heads outside the box. This is a tactic used by many cavity-nesting parents in order to coax the young out of the security of the box.
