May 30 - Bluebird nestlings develop quickly. This one is already taking on its species' trademark irridescent blue color. |

May 29 - The four hungry nestlings. Bluebirds feed their nestlings a variety of insects, insect larvae and small fruits. |

May 27 - The female removes a fecal sac from the nest just after feeding. |

May 25 - There are at least four hungry mouths to feed since hatching a few days ago. |

May 24 - The male stops in to feed the female while she broods the chicks. |

May 22 - The female is hard at work tending to the newly hatched chicks. |

They will leave the nest, on average, for ten minutes at a time several
