Broaden your horizons at a festival

Birding festivals are a great way to connect with the natural world while experiencing new birds in unfamiliar habitats. Birding groups organize their festivals around the most exciting species in their areas, and set the dates for the best times of year to see them. At a festival, you may witness a hundred thousand geese or many hundreds of hawks. Splendid views of seabirds or waders or songbirds or hummingbirds…choose your delight.
