Birds and Blooms

Join guides from the Botanic Gardens and the Lab of Ornithology for combined bird walk and plant walks this summer. We’ll alternate between tours of Sapsucker Woods and the F.R. Newman Arboretum in search of summer birds, and enjoy the trees and other plants we find along the way. A limited number of binoculars are available to borrow.

August 15th @ Newman Arboretum

September 19th @ Cornell Lab of Ornithology

Fee: Walks are $12 per person general admission, or FREE for Members of either the Lab or Botanic Gardens, Space is limited and pre-registration is required.

Arboretum walks meet by the Sculpture Garden in the central part of the Arboretum.

Sapsucker Woods walks meet at the Lab of Ornithology Visitor Center, 159 Sapsucker Woods Road
