I am a Postdoctoral Associate working on the Lab Inclusion for Everyone (LIFE) Project which aims to support the Cornell Lab in becoming more inclusive for students and staff with disabilities. I am a chartered occupational psychologist with the British Psychological Society. My research focuses on unseen disabilities, namely ADHD. I am a neurodiversity advocate and I am passionate about creating inclusive workplaces for all by adopting a systemic and evidence-based approach.
