It is the world\u2019s largest and rarest eagle, with fewer than 1,000 remaining. Watch the video to get to know these magnificent birds-of-prey and go behind the scenes with the team working to save the species in its only home, the last fragments of old-growth forests in the Philippines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cornell Lab of Ornithology worked with the Philippine Eagle Foundation and cinematographer Neil Rettig to produce \u201cBird of Prey,\u201d a documentary that follows Neil\u2019s return to the Philippines as he embarks on a grueling expedition alongside a small but devoted group determined to protect the eagles.
