Listen to an evening amphibian chorus and explore the vernal pools and the forest floor of Cornell Lab of Ornithology\u2019s Sapsucker Woods in search of frogs and salamanders. Led by members of the Tompkins County Amphibian Patrol (TCAMP). We\u2019ll learn why these temporary spring pools are an important habitat for breeding amphibians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dress for the weather, wear shoes that you don\u2019t mind getting muddy, and bring a flashlight. We\u2019ll be on the trail for roughly 90 minutes and will travel about one mile. Registration is not required for this free, family-friendly program.<\/p>\n\n\n
