About the Framework and Resources <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Land Trust Alliance’s Framework and Resources for Change<\/a> is a flexible, adaptable roadmap for personal and organizational use. A comprehensive tool for developing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion competencies, the framework is a resource for land trust staff and board members in the U.S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Framework includes three interrelated components, or \u201cJourneys\u201d: Individual, Internal to the Organization, and External to the Organization. Resources found in each Journey include articles, videos, and information on key competencies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
