We collaborate with many national and international researchers in the field of bioacoustics. As part of these collaborations we regularly host students and other scientists (e.g., for a sabbatical) in Ithaca, New York. In recent years, we have enjoyed hosting visitors from North and South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

If you’re a student and would like to come to the Yang Center, please note:

Potential supervisors are expected to be contacted at least 1 year prior to the expected internship date
Students need to prove funding
English fluency is expected

Be aware that visa processing can take up to 4-6 months, and is only sponsored for graduate students.
