Visual Identity

Brand Concept

The Cornell Lab is relentlessly curious about birds and the natural world. Driven by science and technology, we partner with scientists, communities, and advocacy groups alike to bend the curve for birds and wildlife.

Our brand concept brings this sense of inquiry and passion for protecting nature to life, and emphasizes the fact that the Lab is people-powered. For our audiences, it should spark a sense of curiosity, connection, and ultimately commitment to protecting birds and wildlife.

Visual Toolkit

This section outlines a wide range of visual expressions, from logo to color, typography, graphic language, and more. There’s guidance and instruction for recreating or expanding out from this starting point. See the Inspiration Gallery for examples of how all these pieces come together.
