Hi, I'm Anne Hobbs and I tell everyone who will listen to me that I've got a great job. I work at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and answer people's questions about birds. I'm not an ornithologist and there are no letters after my name but I've spent a lot of my life watching birds, studying about them and talking to people who DO have letters after their names...or before them. In fact, part of the reason I like my job so much is that I get to interact with and learn from people whose life work is studying birds. I've put together the answers to some of the questions I get most frequently as well as some of the more unusual questions I get. Now you can answer them too.
