Greg Czekaj is an avid naturalist who enjoys connecting with the outdoors. While earning his B.S. in Marine Biology and B.A. in Spanish from the College of Charleston, Greg worked as an outdoor guide where he discovered a passion for generating others’ excitement towards nature and conservation. His guide experience led him to pursue a career as a high school science teacher, where he spent five years teaching Biology and earned his M.S. in Biological Sciences from Clemson University. Following his years in the classroom, Greg worked in biodiversity conservation for a non-profit organization in rural Virginia, where his projects focused on entomology, mycology, and grassland bird conservation.
