The Land Trust Initiative is a project of the Cornell Lab of Ornithology’s Conservation Science Program.

“This program is about increasing conservation action and delivery on private lands and building partnerships with land trusts. It’s about protecting and conserving private land through ecological management practices, building biodiversity and climate resilience, and looking at ecosystem health. Birds are an indicator and tool to help drive this critical work.”
