Project Manager

I work with the Yang Center for Conservation Bioacoustics as a project manager mostly focused on marine and aquatic projects. My primary responsibility is to work with the engineering, production, and deployment teams to prepare, deploy and retrieve acoustic recording devices around the world.

Additionally, I support the Operations and Staff Development team on a variety of projects related to diversity, equity and inclusion.

My career has been centered on management, operations, and administration. I am so grateful that I have been able to apply those skills to my real passion—biodiversity conservation and the natural world.

Education

M.P.A., State University of New York, Binghamton
B.S., Information Systems, University of Texas

Favorite Birds

I am a full-time digital nomad and my favorite bird tends to change with the scenery. If I’m in the Colorado Desert, it is the Road Runner. In Ithaca, NY, it is the Wood Thrush. When in Texas, I just love the Eastern Meadowlark.
