I give assistance to current and potential donors and members of the Lab. Many have questions about their membership status, about making a donation, or else they want to renew or give a gift of membership. It’s very satisfying to help people navigate the process, to resolve issues, and ultimately to bolster support for the Lab. Since it’s my voice heard on the phone or in emails, I work hard to represent the Lab in the best possible light.
