My work at the Lab includes developing impact frameworks that convert our data into clear, decision-useful narratives for major donors, including the Lab’s Chairman’s Council. This involves building “dollar-to-impact” models that align donor capital with measurable conservation outcomes and strengthen the Lab’s ability to scale its impact. Alongside this, I lead business process optimization efforts across development operations, conducting end-to-end audits of core workflows and designing systems that connect CRM infrastructure with executive decision-making. These efforts improve data integrity, reporting, and the quality of strategic insights across our constituent network. I also advance the integration of AI into donor stewardship and engagement, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance personalization, and strengthen the effectiveness of fundraising strategies.
