I work in content creation and new feature development for the Merlin Bird ID app. By using my field experience of identifying birds by sound, I am working towards expanding the audio resources in the Merlin app. I also help curate content used by Merlin and eBird’s Explore Species.

For me, there is no better way to fully appreciate the bird life around you than through hearing their voices. My obsession with birds and the sounds they make began at age 11. I am thrilled to have the chance to help anyone cultivate a deeper appreciation of the natural world through the birds around them!
