Jennifer Butler, K-12 Student Employee

As an aspiring educator, I joined the K-12 team to learn more about science education, curriculum, and other learning resources. I am a second-year student in the College of Arts & Sciences pursuing a Bachelors in Sociology with minors in Education and Inequality Studies. With this position, I hope to emphasize the importance of outdoor and science education in teaching students transferrable skills. I am excited to join Cornell Lab’s K-12 team as a student intern and to learn more about birding and scientific inquiry while inspiring students around the world!
