Twilight Amphibian Adventure – Program FULL

  • This event has passed.

April 26 at 7:15 pm 8:45 pm

This program has reached capacity and registration is closed.

Listen to an evening amphibian chorus and explore the vernal pools and the forest floor of Cornell Lab of Ornithology’s Sapsucker Woods in search of frogs and salamanders. Led by herpetologist Stephen Bredin, we’ll learn why these temporary spring pools are an important habitat for breeding amphibians.

Dress for the weather, wear shoes that you don’t mind getting muddy, and bring a flashlight. We’ll be on the trail for roughly 90 minutes and will travel about one mile. The Cornell Lab’s Visitor Center is closed for renovation, but a porta potty is available.
