    The Auditorium

    • Up to 84 guests (depending on layout)
    • Available Monday–Friday
      • 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
      • 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
      • 10:00 AM–5:00 PM (full day)

    • Ideal for lectures, panels, classroom formats, and hybrid symposia

    The Observatory

    • Evening rentals only: 5:00 PM–9:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
    • Maximum 90 guests (recommended 56 for comfort)
    • Best suited for receptions, seated round-table events, and community gatherings

We are not currently booking:

  • Weddings
  • Memorial services
  • Birthday or retirement celebrations

Transparent Pricing

Auditorium (74 person capacity)

  • $800 half day
  • $1,200 full day

Observatory (90 person capacity)

  • $1,500 evening rental

Additional fees may apply for damage, excessive cleanup, or time overage.

Community Impact Rental Requests

We are committed to fostering inclusive and accessible spaces that serve diverse audiences. While not guaranteed, a limited number of reduced-rate rentals may be available each year for external (non-Cornell-affiliated) organizations whose work aligns with the Lab’s values.
