I am a rising senior at Cornell University studying Plant Sciences, with minors in Education & Environment and Sustainability. I am from a small coastal city in Connecticut on the Long Island Sound, which meant I spent most of my childhood in and around the water. I was fortunate enough to be a member of FFA, where I developed passions for agriculture, the environment, and education. My work on the K-12 Education team is mainly focused on facilitating workshops and developing resources for teachers to help bring inquiry-based scientific learning into their classrooms. I hope to one day go into education myself, teaching and advocating for the next generation of learners and leaders. When I’m not at the Lab, you can find me hiking around the Finger Lakes or curled up with a good book.
